We are testing out a new beta program that will combine metabolic training and nutrition programming, to help you burn maximum fat, pounds, and inches in only 15 days. Essentially you will signing up as potential success stories to show how well the program works. Here are some details you should know before considering joining: *This is a very intensive 15 day training and nutrition program. You're going to work hard for 3 consecutive weeks (15 sessions). Your results are going to come fast and will be significant when you follow the program. *If you are new to working out, don't' worry! ALL workouts will be modified for all fitness levels. *You will also follow the eating plan that we provide (you can not out train a bad diet). *Finally since this is the beta version, we are only taking on a small group of 18 new clients and we have priced the program for anyone to afford. Basic Package
$67.00 Total Includes: Reserves right to participate in the program. Personal motivation via group email from Bound Fitness. Nutrition Plan and Food Journal Five (5) semi-private workouts per week for 3 weeks (current members get special bonus.) *All participants must purchase the Basic Package at minimum. Rapid Results Package $89.00 Total Includes: Basic Package Plus: One (1) Indoor boot camp workouts per week; offered Saturdays. One (1) Zumba workout per week; offered Sundays.
