Tips for Living Healthier Lives"Getting in shape/Staying in shape is not easy and for the most part is not fun. ACCEPT IT! It's a necessary evil in life, kinda like how most people feel about their jobs yet brag and and boast over the perishable things that they buy. It's the same thing with working out.. Sweat is your money and optimal health is what your buying and that's forever. As mentioned previously my father passed relatively early in life from heart complications. I have 2 sons and God willing I will be around to mentor them through young adulthood and into manhood and see, play, and be ACTIVE with my grand-children, if God sees fit for me to have them.
