What Is Clean Eating? |
What's In your favorite fast Foods?
by Marcus Antonio Belgrove
We all love one thing or another about fast food. Just like love, it can hurt you pretty f___in' bad, when you find out the truth was a lie, right? Well most people just eat and don't actually know what they are eating. They just like taste. And taste is what these companies promote, not ingredients. All of these cancer causing agents are all for taste and display, not for nutrition. So you need to ask yourself: What Am I Eating For? Nutrition or Taste? But Americans love to eat and eat we do. We don't want some skinny vegan telling us what to eat... right? Well that skinny vegan may weak looking but their bodies are healthy and strong. |

MTV’s "White People" Is What This Generation Needs

MTV's new docu-series, "White People" couldn't come at a better time. As much as we would like to blame media for it's overkill of negative images in the recent racial genocide on African-American and Latino American citizens, it has done something good; made America pay attention, however distorted its portrayal may be.
The show, created by Jose Antonio Vargas, a legal immigrant from the Philippines, delves into all of the questions that need answers and dialogue during this tumultuous period of re-occurring racial tension on the U.S. What is most surprising about the show is that the answers are so honest, especially from the younger white generation. "White People" didn't cut any corners and gave an insightful perspective of racism, white privilege, immigration and discrimination from more than one minority group's view.

The Quiet Storm That Is J. Cole

As we all know that J. Cole's album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive, made major waves on the charts when it debuted. Cole sold 354,000 copies of this album in its first week and it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and was the fifth largest sales week for an album in 2014. We think we know why J. Cole's album did so well.
