We repeat average things every day like eating, going to work and sleeping to name a few, without a single thought. However;when it comes to making decisions that lead to mistakes, those choices tend to be bad, or embarrassing. By repeating these acts would just create even more chaos. Which would lead to more negative results for all of us right? However; when we keep repeating the same mistakes over, and over, and don’t understand why we are doing it. Why? Your choices over time have now become a behavior and are no longer simple choices anymore. Yet they have become behavioral patterns. The driving force behind much of the repetitious behavior is FEAR! The only way to control fear is to conquer and destroy what underlies and motivates the fear. ![]() So you wanna Fly?
